Super 8 West Wichita Airport Inn

My daughter and I stayed at this Super 8

for 4 nights. The management here is very

hospitable and the housekeeping staff did

a wonderful job. No, this is not The Plaza

or The Waldorf, but we always felt safe, clean

and comfortable. If you%26#39;re on a budget

but want to be pampered, this is the place

in Wichita. We will return to this Super 8

each time we go to Wichita.

Super 8 West Wichita Airport Inn

The inexpensive hotel that I usually visit in Wichita (Days Inn at

4875 S. Laura) is full this weekend, so I am looking for another. But much as i would like to take this recomendation, I don%26#39;t have much faith in a post by someone that just posts one time ever, to rave about one business.

Actually makes me less likely to go there.

If you are looking for a place to stay here in wichita try doing a search on

http://www.utopia.worldventures.com

This website searches several websites at once. It makes it more convenient that going from Travelocity to Expedia, then to Orbitz, then to Hotels.com, etc...

That website will search their inventory for you.

Thanks, katjo47, but I was interested in quality not price and availablity. Travelocity does a good time of checking on price and available rooms, followed by a visit to the hotel%26#39;s website to see if a better deal is offered there.

I%26#39;ve stayed at several less expensive Wichita hotels and motels. I do not want to visit most of them a second time.

I now see that part of my original post is missing.

It began with the comment that... I find someone registering for a Travelocity account, then posting just once in a rave review of just one business, doesn%26#39;t give me confidence in the post.

This is a bit late for you looking for a hotel, but the next time that you are in town, try the Hotel Oldtown. It is located in downtown Wichita and is great. We have stayed there several times and really enjoyed it.
